Sometimes you aren't feeling your best. You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed. You might feel frustrated with intrusive thoughts or have difficulty clearing your mind. Sometimes it's all of the above.

Even if you've put in the effort to make improvements, you may feel like you are missing something or need extra help.

That's where I hope to provide positive changes through improving routines, balancing lifestyle choices, and/or utilizing psychiatric medications. My goal is to work with you in order to capitalize on your strengths.

Hello,

My name is Lin Clark and I am a doctorally prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Nursing with a specialty in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan.

I worked with inpatient psychiatry in Pittsburgh, PA and the underserved outpatient population in Seattle, WA before moving to Salt Lake City, UT to be closer to family.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy goofing around with my husband, my hairless cat named Olive, and my ball python named Pig.
I also enjoy eating delicious food.

Initial Evaluations
Time: 45-60 minutes

Your first appointment will begin our mental health partnership. The increased time will ensure we have covered presenting concerns and history as well as developing a plan going forward.
Medication Management
Time: 25-30 minutes

All subsequent appointments will be used to check-in, to make adjustments if needed, and to be sure we are on the right path.
Support
Time: Varies

Not every day will be a good one, but that's okay. During appointments, if extra support is needed, the remaining time may be used for supportive therapy.
