How to Start the Process & What to Expect Along the Way
​
1) Press [Contact] at the upper banner or scroll down to the bottom of any page.
2) Fill in the "Contact for Appointment" form and press "Submit"
3) Within 2-3 business days, you will receive an email to schedule an appointment.
4) You will be prompted to log into the SimplePractice patient portal. This is the HIPAA compliant EHR software used by Red Maple Psychiatry.

5) On SimplePractice, you will be able to set up your patient profile and complete clinic paperwork. Please complete the paperwork prior to your scheduled appointment.
​
6) On the day of your appointment, the telehealth link will be sent to your email address about 10 minutes before the appointment time.
​
7) Our appointment will be be either 20 minutes or 40 minutes long depending on the type of appointment.
​
8) At the end of our appointment, we will schedule your next appointment.
​
9) Payment must be made on the day of the appointment. If you are self-pay or have a co-pay, your card on file will be charged. You may also request a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
